Pre-Authorized Payments
Enrolling in auto pay makes paying your bill on time, every time possible. To enroll, you’ll need to:
Download the appropriate form.
Lease Customers:
Download the Pre-Authorized Debit Authorization Form
Finance Customers:
Complete the form.
If submitting by mail, write “void” on both sides of the cheque and staple it to the form.
If submitting by email include a copy of the front of the cheque.
Sign the form and send all documents to Cadillac Financial.
